How long are consults?

Your first consult runs around 60–75 minutes; follow-ups are shorter and focused on your plan and progress.

Is this all online?

Yes — every consult is online, so you can get expert gut-health support from wherever you are, Australia-wide and worldwide.

Do you offer payment plans?

The 3-month program can be split into monthly payments. Just ask when you enquire and we'll sort it out.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed to work with me privately. If you have a care plan from your GP, bring it along and we'll make the most of it.
